Founder and CEO
Chanel is an artist, writer, educator, designer, and researcher with Undergrad and Master’s Degrees in Industrial Engineering and a Ph.D. in Engineering Education.
Chanel has a passion for creative programming and solutions toward equity and liberation for vulnerable populations.
Dean Nasreddine (he/they)
Chief Operations Officer
Originally from Chesterfield, have been working in Detroit for the past several years.
Dean is a creative and cultural worker and storyteller. Their work centers immigrant and third culture experiences. Dean graduated from Oakland University in 2018.
Erin Moore (she/hers)
Chief People and Administrative Officer
Hometown: Farmington Hills, Michigan
Erin has a degree in Industrial Engineering and is currently pursuing an Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Passionate about Health Equity.
Brenden Drinkard-McFarland (he/his)
Chief Research and Design Officer
Hometown: Flossmoor, Illinois
Currently a 1st year dual-degree Masters of Engineering Management and Engineering Education Ph.D. Student at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio
Working on developing personal research, exploring artistic interests, and furthering his degree.
