    Description:

    We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as an Art Projects Coordinator & Events Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the organization and execution of various art projects, overseeing the completion of art pieces, preparing them for display or sale, and coordinating art events and exhibitions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with artists, curators, and event organizers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Dr. Beebe to organize and plan the execution of art projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

    • Coordinate the completion of art pieces, liaising with artists, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

    • Prepare artwork for exhibition or sale, including framing, mounting, packaging, and transportation logistics.

    • Assist in the installation and setup of art exhibitions, ensuring that artworks are displayed effectively and according to artistic vision.

    • Manage logistics for arts events, including venue selection, equipment rental, catering, and guest coordination.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with artists, galleries, collectors, and other stakeholders in the art community.

    • Promote and market art projects and events through various channels, including social media, press releases, and networking opportunities.

    • Evaluate the success of art projects and events, gathering feedback and making recommendations for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in art project coordination, event management, or related fields.

    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
